The Last Car was published by the art/photography publishers Kehrer Verlag (https://www.kehrerverlag.com) in Spring of 2018. The book explores modern day street life in Mexico City. The name relates to the the vast and sprawling brutalist metro system, the Western Hemisphere's second largest, where the last car after 10pm developed into a gay cruising ground. From the gay epi-center of Zona Rosa where trains empty out into boisterous streets and techno booming postage stamp sized clubs, to the leafy green elegant art nouveau avenues that line Condesa, The Last Car explores this richly layered city and how we connect.
